This week I launched the Coastguard Collective Bargaining Group - we are mobilising, we are unionising. Join GMB as soon as possible – the more members we have, the more leverage we have to apply political pressure, to push for more time to scrutinise the new proposals, and to seek concessions.
An initial consultation has also been launched. It's secure, it's anonymous, and it's a safe way to share your views, which will guide the agenda going forwards.There's also an online meeting next Wednesday 10th June, 6:30-7:30pm - here I will share the results from the consultation and we will discuss next steps.It's been quite a week! Thanks to each and every one of you for joining the group, joining the discussion, and joining the movement.
